I think there is a possibility if any semen comes in contact with the vagina.

Once sperm has dried it can no longer impregnate a woman. But beware -- those sperm are tricky little critters! Ejaculation onto the vaginal opening, even without penetration, has been known to cause pregnancy. Theoretically, if there were fresh sperm on a finger (or anything else) that is inserted into the vagina right away, some living sperm could be deposited and make their way to the uterus and tubes to find a waiting egg.
Underwear is not an effective barrier. Sperm can easily pass through many fabrics, especially if partial penetration occurs through panties.
ANY contact of genitals may transmit certain sexually transmitted diseases, such as herpes or genital warts (HPV). Penetration and ejaculation are not requirements. If you do not wish to risk pregnancy or an STD, then you should use a male or a female condom anytime a naked penis is in sight of a naked vagina! Ditto for oral sex -- the penis should be covered with a condom, or a dental dam (a latex shield for the mouth and gums) should be used.

Well to anserw both questions it only takes one sperm to make a baby. The sperm, (his ***) can drip or run inside your vagina. I would get some spermicide and a morning after pill. That is of course if this JUST happened within the last day or two. The only way to know if you are pregnant this early is with a blood test.

you can get pregnant if the uh "man juice" goes inside a woman's natural pocket. If this happens its a possibility to get pregnant. This can happen any way not just by penetration

Yes, if sperm was deposited anywhere near the vaginal opening, pregnancy can result because sperm can swim. Although the odds are very high that a pregnancy may occur, the possibility is there.

Yes, yes, yes!
If any sperm leaks out and touches the area of your vagiina, those suckers can swim upstream and presto!
And, without a doubt, sperm does leak from the penis--even if he has not actually ejaculated.
If you need more info. or condoms, ask Planned Parenthood.

Technically, yes.
It is physically possible for semen near the vaginal
opening to swim up and hit your egg. The other idiots
mocking you are wrong.

If he gets "Happy" anywhere close to "Down There" then there is a possibility. The "Little Guys" are great swimmers and very determined.
