My doctor says that I need to loose about 75lbs (because of medical condition) in order to get pregnant. I am desperate. I am in horrible shape now. So I need a plan that will start me off slow but will produce the desired results. I would like to have the weight off in the next 18-24 months. Please someone help me.

ok i know its disgusting but here are the details...its very thick sometimes it comes out in clumps like the size of like 3 m&ms...or other times it comes out long and stringy...its consistency is somewhat like jello but stickier ... but it has no odor,none at all..also i have no pain at all

My dominant arm had a surgery similar to a cubital tunnel operation due to my ulnar nerve failing as a teenager. This was 6 years ago, since then I have been in pain. Within the past few months it has gotten worse. Its like severe pain, It prevents me from sleeping at times and generally makes me miserable when it flares up.

The pain starts at around my elbow, it feels like inside my elbow then radiates down my arm like in a stabbing wave of pain. It makes my hand lock and that hurts as well. And sometimes it just goes numb.

Ive been taking tylenol, ibuprofen, alieve, and OTC medications in large quantities to try to control it. i tried adding heat, cold , warm water, massaging it or anything I've read about to try to deal with it.

I'm not a huge fan of Docs so I've been avoiding it but it's getting annoying that it is affecting my quality of life. Ive had sleepless nights spent watching crappy TV while I try to get over it.

Any ideas?

I am 28 have been having my period since i was 12 or 13 i don't know when it started but at least for as long as i can remember when i get my period i have the worst sinus problems! I am constantly having to blow my nose and i am still stuffed up..
This seems to happen with almost each and every period i have. Is this normal and what can i do about this.

Years ago,i was prescribed with zoloft to help cope with depression,but it's been awhile since i've been on it.I'm thinking of going back on,but if i start medicating with it again,will i generally experiencec side effects. again.And will being on it help with my depressive state of mind and help me to cope better.(i'm asking because it's been years since i've been on it and am desperate to feel better)

A docter suggested it might reduce the pain/inflamation that is being caused by 'frozen shoulder'. Also that it might help prevent loss of sight or at least maintain it - talking now about a person who's eyes has already been damaged by diabeties, he has about 30% eyesight left and has had laser treatment before.

From the age 16yrs old to early October( 36yrs old now) when I found out I was being put on house arrest, I was a very heavy user (Every chance I could get) and never Detoxed my body. Now I've NOT using and my case worker is telling me that I am using and I'm really not. They have this thing that 30days everything should be gone out of my system. Something is wrong because I know I don't use and I don't be aound anyone who uses. Now I'm going all out of my way to prove to them that I'm being truthful. I barley drink water (Not everyday ) but I drink alot of grap cran juice. I don't go to the gym because I locked in the house, except for working. I know that I'm very stressed just being on the program anyway, Do that have anything to do with it? When they test they do urine and they explained that my levels are going up and down. What can I do to prove it to them, before they take my in for somthing that I'm not doing?
