I get really confused after this happens.
It only happens at night.
Around 2 or 3 hours go bye.
What is it called, and what causes it?

It sounds as though you may be dissociating. Most of us dissociate from time to time. For example, have you ever been driving and did not remember part of the drive? That is normal. I do not know why you are doing this for long periods of time, but you should be checked by your doctor.

You should see a doctor.
Not all seizures are violent spasms. I was surprised to find that out myself, some seizures are in fact totally 'tranquil' in the sense that the person seems immobile and totally still.
You may experience some form of disorder or you may be recovering from a traumatic experience.
I do however recommend you speak to a professional. And make sure they pay attention!

If it's a consistent problem and you truly have no memory of where the last X hours went, and you're not just being a little flip about it (meaning, you kinda know, but they went by fast), you might have DID, a disassociative identity disorder, where you sort of switch out to a different version of yourself.
Has anyone else been present during your missing hours?

Now, if you were with a UFO group, they would be saying that you have been abducted by ALIENS!!!
But, we wont bother with that silliness :)
Its probably because your sleeping and your internal clock is on the fritz... It could be external factors, or internal factors..
If you have Mold in your home, that will be a good start to look at.. (Its been known to cause all kinds of things, like lung disease, memory loss, heart disease and more!)...
Look at your diet, and if your eating too many starches, thats also a good indicator of poor memory and loss of memory...
I would check with a Neurologist to be sure its not internal...
I wish you well..

Your Biological clock may be out of control .You can fix it by some self disclipline. Go to bed at the same time every night and get out of bed at the same time every morning.
The birds and the animals do this. We can learn from mother nature if we only stop and listen.

consistent with possibility the clock is basically too previous and getting senile? heavily nonetheless, ask some psychics how many circumstances you have been kidnapped... in the event that all of them say the comparable # you already know what got here approximately

Try and go to the library.
Get yourself a book to read.
Maybe you can turn the clock back in planet of apes.
