don't take sleeping pills... I can't help you tonight but there is a natural hormone you can get called melatonin that is non habit forming non addictive and is made to restore normal sleeping patterns. still, don't take it regularly or unless you have to, but it helps you get to sleep in about a half hour after taking it.

Don't watch TV and try to listen to some soft music. Warm milk helps to, and try reading a boring book.

I like to close my eyes and sing one of my favorite songs. I fall asleep pretty quickly that way, hopefully it will help you too. :]

talk yourself to sleep i do it all the time. or count sheep but make sure you picture them in your head. You can also sing or listen to music.

lay down in bed close your eyes and don't open them...you will think for a but, but before you know it you will be sleeping.
