I have acne and Im curious as to what brand you would recommend that clears up your zits, has a good undereye cream, antiaging properties, just is the best of quality overall?

Ok she coughed up blood today plus keeps coughing shes been smoking since 5th grade and is 14 in 8th now but her step dad says it her lungs why shes coughing and stuff how can i stop her from smoking shes tried the pads & the gum thingy

i'm 19, almost 20 and i first got my period when i was about 17 and it was regular for the first year, then it just stopped. i am overweight, i do have facial hair, and i don't have awful acne but definitely some spots every once in a while. i'm so scared to go to a gynocolegist but having children someday is a huge dream for me and reading about this says it could make you infertile. i'm also worried about the heart problems it can cause. my questions are is how long without a period will cause major, major problems (like heart problems or infertility)? my other question is how is this treated and is there anything i can do on my own to help get my period going or am i just going to have to suck it up and go to the doctor ( :( )? reading about this really scares me that i will not be able to naturally have kids but i guess if i can get help for it now then i should. any input/support from people who have PCOS would be really helpful and very appreciated. thanks so much!

im on a low calorie diet.i just want your help in counting calories
i had two cups of corn i think thts 200 grams and 7 almonds and 100ml orange juice.

i still have milk teeth for both my canines. xray shows that there are no more permanent teeth that would replace it so im stuck with these "baby" canines. im conscious about them because they are small compared to my other teeth.

im planning to get braces to correct my diastema 2 yrs from now. im thinking if i could just extract them then have the spaces closed by braces. is this the best thing to do? can you pls give me advice? i really need help deciding..

also:
if i did extract it and have it closed, would it be obvious that i have no canines? im doing this primarily for aesthetic reasons..

I don't usually take any nasal decongestants, but seriously, I couldn't breathe, and my doc said that it was okay to take while pregnant.

It's made me a nervous wreck, though, and I can't sleep. My heart feels like it's slamming up against my chest wall, and my chest hurts a little.

Has anyone else had this happen while pregnant? Was it just a side-effect, or was there anything really wrong?

I was doing hills today, and at the very end of my workout, being as tired as I was, I tripped and fell going down a rocky slope and bounced down landing on my leg, and twisting my ankle. It hurt like hell for a few minutes and then subsided into a dull/sharp (somehow both) pain. It hurts to take a step on either of my ankles and I have to drag my left leg practically. Normally I wouldn't be so concerned, its just the track season is coming up and I have been training unbelievably hard -it would be my luck that I'd get a small fracture or something and find out by breaking my foot in the first race of the season. Anything I can do to help heal it, and what should I be looking for.

lately everytime i have sex the right wall of my vagina, hurts. it feels like there is some sort of cut or something, but after a few seconds it goes away. and then afterwards i get this burning sensation in my lower abdomen, and my ovaries feel reallly heavy. and then i wake up the next morning, and its fine. this has been happening for like 3 days, im starting to get worried. i am taking birth control, and i do have unprotected sex with my boyfriend of 2 years. i have been tested, and so has he. so thats not the problem

The human brain is mostly fat. When you lose weight by exercising and working out, will your brain become smaller? Will losing body fat mean losing your brain (literally)?

Ive had this damn disease for 8 years but I still have moments when I get these out of control bouts of rage at feeling like I have so much of what wouldve been a much easier, normal life just robbed from me because of my worthless pancreas. It just had to make me suffer like this. Ive been put on disability at my job because my blood sugars go too low a lot of the time no matter how many times a day I check them and eat. They say well maybe this job isnt for you because it doesnt fit in with your diabetes lifestyle! God nothing goes right and I tried soo hard to control my blood sugars!? Not being able to ever "just eat something" without having to immediately worry ohhh.... whats my blood sugar going to do now? Its like im carrying around this huge weight on my chest and no matter what I do it wont leave me the hell alone, God do I feel pissed!!!

I'm not talking illegal drugs. I have taken sleep aids and become overly energetic, muscle relaxers and it made the pain more intense, antidepressants and it depressed me when I was in a good mood priorly. Even when it comes to alcohol, it gives me energy and puts me in a fantastic mood and doesn't give me hangovers even when I drink a lot, just have a slight buzz for the entire following day. I'm not sure if this is a condition, or just some genetic thing. I know only one other person like this.

(im 14) My little brother (4) gets all the attention, and also my big sister (17) where ever we are. Do I even exist? Should I start calling myself invisible? they just baby him up all in front of me, and I get nothing. I try to talk, but nooo they must not want to hear what I have to say. and when i do try to maybe..just maybe get attention from my mom, she lectures me about stuff...

I dont have any friends, just family...and lately i feel like ive been very neglected socially, like really lonely, and its torchure. I also feel weird, like maybe they dont wanna talk to me cuz something is wrong with me?

my mother is 5'2 my father is 5'8

IM ONLY 4'11, and 16 years old female

SHOULDN't I AT LEAST BE a little over 5 foot!

and what i dont get is that my cousin, whose mother is like 5'1, and father is like 5'6.... she turned out to be 5 foot 7 !!!!

can i grow still to be average or close to it?

ever since i was little i have always brushed myteeth 3 times a day...........And i always go to the dentist..................but for sum reason my teeth r yellow..........

ps...i floss and use mouthwash aswell......also..........i brush my teeth fro 3 mintuites each time i brush my teeth --

3 times + 3 minuites=9 mintuites all together

had a recent mra after finding out that my blood pressure in my right arm was almost nonexistant to substantually lower than on the left side. was told that i had a blockage between my heart and the right arm. what exactly is this and is it a big deal. i have been scheduled to see a vascular surgeon next week and dont have much of an idea about what this is or if it could mean other problems
