My seven-year-old was diagnosed with ADHD but we have not had any luck with the prescription meds. He has been on a couple of meds that have either made him violent or have caused him to feel "like his heart is exploding." We found out that 9 kids have died from heart attacks on this med we just stopped. I do not want to put him on any other prescription medication, but his doctors are not being helpful when it comes to alternative solutions. Is there some type of behavior-modification I can use or a natural remedy anyone has tried? My son is incredibly intelligent yet having trouble with his school work because he cannot focus at all. I love him and I hate seeing him suffer because he cannot focus his attention.

Just for additional information: I homeschool my son so he does not have to sit in a classroom for 7 hours a day. So, any suggestions will need to be directly related to how to deal with the ADHD at home.

I am 5 months pregnant. My partner's friends are having a pool party for christmas eve (live in Australia) and have invited us. I know there will be lots of skinny girls in bikinis and i am not very confident at the best of times. ok, i was looking in the mirror and i saw this huuuuuge whitehead on my forehead so i HAD to pop it. i know that popping a whitehead is bad but i just HAD to. so then later i went back to looking in the mirror and the whitehead was back so i popped it again. then when i was done i saw this tiny hole on my forehead and now i'm freaking out! is this a bad thing? what can i do to heal it?

k now that I've wiped the drool, after working out I get insane sugar cravings. I mean the kind you have for ciggerettes when your quiting smoking. Feels like withdrawl. It's not just the normal hungries either, I eat after my work out this is later in the night, up to six hours after. It only happenss when I'm excersiceing or if I'm prego (I'm not). Is this normal, what the heck is causing it.
