The nipple coloration and size are probably permanent. Beyond cosmetic surgery, there's not much you can do to change this, but not everyone feels that this is unattractive.

As for firmer, any exercise aimed at the chest will help. You're not exercising the breasts, but rather the muscle behind them. This will improve support, lift, and shape. I know women in their late 30s who, after exercising, have firmer breasts than they did in their 20s.

Low weight and high reps are the general rule. Using a 2-5 lb. weight in each hand, hold your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder level and make 15-20 small circles with your hands. Then do the same thing with your arms out to the sides at shoulder level. Do this every day or every other day. You should start to see some results in a couple of weeks, more if you keep up with it.

Here are a few more:

"Exercise 1:

a.Lie on your tummy with the elbows bent, and fingertips facing inwards.Rest your forehead on the floor.
b.Slowly raise your head and body, pushing down with hands, arching your spine and bending the neck backwards.
c.Pull in your stomach muscles and lift your stomach off the floor.
d.Slowly lower upper back and shoulders to floor to the original position.Relax.
e.Repeat.

Exercise 2:

a.Hold your arms straight in front of you, at shoulder level.
b.Bring your hands slowly, towards your shoulders clenching your hands as though you are pulling something strenuously.
c.Repeat 5 times."

Sorry, but no. The color may lighten a little bit, but not much. Those are one of the many permanent changes due to pregnancy. For example, there is NO cure for stretch marks. They may diminish slightly over time but they will never 100% fully go away. Unfortunately, this also applies to varicose veins... Pregnancy definitely changes your body. Hope this helps...

a consultation with a plastic surgeon would be your best bet. they can inform you exactly on why the condition happens and give you the best way to get rid of it either surgery or an alternative.
