Most commonly this could be a urinary infection, but blood in the urine needs to be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. It takes a fair amount of bleeding to look bloody and this could be more serious problems, even cancer, and the bleeding could be coming from the kidneys or somewhere else in the system.
Please persuade her to go to an urgent care center, an ER or her doctor as soon as humanely possible. Never wait a few days with any unexplained bleeding!

This has happened to me many times before. The problem turned out to be a urinary tract infection (aka "bladder infection"). It's a common problem for women (especially when they're sexually active). If she doesn't get the infection treated right away - it could also turn into a kidney infection.
Hope this isn't too much information here - but if she get's frequent urinary infections and you guys are sexually active - you could help prevent her from getting future infections by using condoms that do not contain spermacide known as (nonoxidal-9). This spermacide basically kills the "good" bacteria down there - and then allows the "bad" bacteria to grow - causing the urinary tract infections.

This can be any number of things. it could be a urinary tract infection, kidney stones, or trauma to: kidneys, bladder, abdomen, urethra (the tube the urine goes through). Usually it is either stones or a U.T.I. Tell her to check with her doctor or a urologist. This is not an OB/GYN issue providing she is positive it only occurs while urinating. Good luck.

holy shnike she has got the herpigonasyphilaids. ok, take her to the nearest volcano and have her jump over lava three times. then go to a cemetary at midnight and do a handstand over the oldest grave for 45 minutes. then drink a gallon of scotch and drink a gallon of water a day over the next two days. she will be cured in no time.
