What is the best exercise to build up your chest and abs faster? I'm going to start doing cardio to burn my little pot belly. But I would like to know what exercises are good to burn the fat in my stomach to get my six pack and build the muscles in my chest?

Flat bench press and incline with dumbbell flys are great for the chest.
Crunches on those inflatable balls and hanging left lifts are all around great for abs. Try looking up a few fitness websites for more ideas and demos of these and other exercises.
