k now that I've wiped the drool, after working out I get insane sugar cravings. I mean the kind you have for ciggerettes when your quiting smoking. Feels like withdrawl. It's not just the normal hungries either, I eat after my work out this is later in the night, up to six hours after. It only happenss when I'm excersiceing or if I'm prego (I'm not). Is this normal, what the heck is causing it.

use need more potassium baby. your body iz foolin you with false cravings. relying on just sugar for energy is bad baby! try makin yourself a peanut butter and cheese sandwich! or have a gatorade! electrolites suckuh!

Try eating a low cal snack bar afterwards. Drinking a but of sugar water can help too.

Have you been tested for any diabetic condition? You may want to get your blood sugar tested, to see how you are dealing with sugar metabolism and insulin levels.
