im on a low calorie diet.i just want your help in counting calories
i had two cups of corn i think thts 200 grams and 7 almonds and 100ml orange juice.
Do you think i should stop having nuts cause they have too many calories and since i have to lose weight soon.thanks for your help.God bless you

7 almonds isn't bad. It is the 2 cups of corn that was the bad choice. That is about 354 calories and 83 grams of carbs and fairly sugary carbs at that. And not much in the way of fiber. The orange juice again adds sugar.

To lose weight you need more fiber and less sugars. Raw vegetables are a good thing to each. Corn is not a vegetable, it is a grain. You need to greatly reduce grains. Cut down on bread, & flour, corn, rice, barley and any other grain. Eat more celery, it is a negative calorie food and it makes you feel full. Divide your daily calorie count by 8 to give you 8 small meals. Eat 1 of those meals as soon as you get up in the morning and then eat one of those tiny meals every 2 hours or so. Do not skip meals! Eating frequently like this keeps your metabolism running fast.

Exercise right after that first meal of the day. This increases your metabolism for the rest of the day. Get your heart rate running fast and keep it fast for at least 18 minutes.
