Certainly, what ever you have to do to get some sleep. Also consider this, there are many products out on the market that are made to help stop snoring, Breathe Right Nasal strips come to mind and there are sprays and other products. See if you can get him to try some of these and if none work ask him to be tested for sleep apnea. If he has that you may save his life by having him get tested. Plus you will get some sleep without using ear plugs. The thing I don't like about ear plugs for long term is that yes you block out the snoring but you can also block out other sounds that you may want or need to wake you. Good Luck

snoring is very annoying to everyone. Does he quit breathing while snoring? He could have sleep apnea but would have to be dianoised. Most stop snoring remedies don't work. Lots of time it is because of weight or a thick neck. Go to Dr. if not, sleep in another room if possible. He does need to see a good Dr.

Do your boyfriend a favor and get him to a sleep clinic to be tested for sleep apnea. This can be a very dangerous condition. If he is overweight, chances are that it's what's causing the disruptive snoring. Otherwise, I think I'd sleep elsewhere. Godloveya.

MOST DEFINETLY!!!
I sleep with ear plugs in and they totally work.
I tried 3 or 4 different kinds before I found the ones I like. But they are super cheap (less than 2 or 3 dollars) so you can try them all.
You can get something like 50 in a bag, so they last forever.
They sell them everywhere. Walgreens, walmart, CVS etc. In the pharmacy section with other ear and eye drop kind of things.
Make sure you put them in right. It makes all the difference in the world.
You can even regulate HOW MUCH you hear by how you put them in. --- Sounds silly, but read the instructions.
We have 5 months old twins and three older kids.
I use them on my days to sleep in!!!
Good luck

If he's overweight he might have sleep apnea, and he should go to a doctor and tell the doctor about his snoring.
