Ok she coughed up blood today plus keeps coughing shes been smoking since 5th grade and is 14 in 8th now but her step dad says it her lungs why shes coughing and stuff how can i stop her from smoking shes tried the pads & the gum thingy

I wish I had a good answer, because I have a smoking friend too.
She has been smoking for a long time, she keeps having problems too. She just can't see that the smoking is bad for her.
Just keep trying to get her to understand. I know how concerned
you are. Don't give up, talk to her parents.

Whoa. That's terrifying! I think, if you REALLY care about her, then take her to rehab or something. She needs professional help. Coughing up blood is NOT a good thing. Just do something, anything, before somethng BAD happens to her.

you cant really do anything because you cant controll her, but you can try to inform her that is not good for her. I know how you feel
my friend smokes like a pack a day && she thinks shes awesome

Weed isn't a drug its been proven to be better than tabacco ok leave her be. You have never smoked it yourself so you have no idea,no clue.

have u tried talking to her about the effects it can cause ,u could maybe even show her pictures or tell her to look it up on the web
