A docter suggested it might reduce the pain/inflamation that is being caused by 'frozen shoulder'. Also that it might help prevent loss of sight or at least maintain it - talking now about a person who's eyes has already been damaged by diabeties, he has about 30% eyesight left and has had laser treatment before.

It will increase total oxygenation throughout body. When there is increase oxygen in the blood there is increased and faster healing of tissues....

As a diabetic i have to say i wasn't aware that you could get joint problems like this. I know you can get impaired function from the nerve damage or poor circulation which I suppose could cause the symptoms you are experiencing but i have always been told that such damage was permanent. Having said that if it works then great

The Hyperbaric chamber floods the wounds and ulcers with pure oxygen. The wounds heal faster.

I don't see where the connection is between frozen shopulder and diabetes. I have been and been involved with diabetes for many years and have yet to see it cause any muscular or joint problems.
