My doctor says that I need to loose about 75lbs (because of medical condition) in order to get pregnant. I am desperate. I am in horrible shape now. So I need a plan that will start me off slow but will produce the desired results. I would like to have the weight off in the next 18-24 months. Please someone help me.

Before you go on a diet, you should know that everyone has different body types, now I don't know your body type but just keep in mind that not everyone is meant to be skinny, but you should aim to be healthy. Having said that, I think you should first change your diet - food. Try eating a lot more vegetables and fruits but in general keep it balanced and eat 3 times a day. For carbs, try eating whole wheat and whole grains, which are much healthier than whites and eggs are a great source of protein. Try to exclude fats - but not all fats just fried foods and fast foods. Also, eliminate soft drinks and other unhealthy drinks - stick to water and juice, try to have some with ever meal. However, remember to never skip meals or starve yourself - it will have negative effects on your health and weight!!!!! Other than changing your diet, start exercising. Just a little everyday is fine - it could be running, sports, dancing or yoga - whatever is most comfortable for you. 30 minutes a day should be fine. And the drinking a lot of water think you mentioned is just a way of filling your stomach without getting the nutrients, which cannot be good and is only a tmporary thing.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I can recommend the Lipotrim program. Pretty hard-core in the sense that you can only have these shakes, but it really works. Your body starts burning up the fat that is stored via a process that is called Ketosis. You will not regret it. My wife became pregnant a month afterwards. I still think this was a coincidence but it is very possible that the detoxing from the Lipotrim diet helped. Good luck!

Try to eat healthier. I heard breaking down the meals to 6 small meals a day boosts metabolism. Believe it or not, walking fast does help alot too and then you can boost your endurance level, start jogging or start walking with weights. Just take it easy and remember its not about how fast you lose it, its about keeping it off. I've lost alot once and I just felt ill and starved and gained it back...the times I lost weight gradually were the times I really kept it off. Your stomach will shrink and you won't be able to eat as much as you used to. Good luck! I used to put pictures of really thin waifs on my fridge to help me turn back around and not look in it. But I don't know if that's good advice or not. Just be healthy and safe losing weight. Make sure you drink alot of water and avoid sugar and too many bad carbs while remembering to eat good complex ones.
