I am 28 have been having my period since i was 12 or 13 i don't know when it started but at least for as long as i can remember when i get my period i have the worst sinus problems! I am constantly having to blow my nose and i am still stuffed up..
This seems to happen with almost each and every period i have. Is this normal and what can i do about this.

I have the same problem!
I thought I was the only one until recently. In a conversation with my sister, I found out it happens to her, too.
I have no explanation for you (or me), just the reassurance that it's not just you.

Not for me.
I am on my period now and have no sinus problems. Every woman is different though....please see a doctor for your health.

sinus has nothing to do with periods. ur case is unnatural.
