I am a perinnial allergy sufferer which means i suffer from allergies all year long. but it gets exceptionally severe in winter and no medicine can make it better. i've tried shots, tylenol allergy meds, claritan, zertec, nyquil, dayquil and too many others to name. i'm so miserable that i want to stab myself in the face. its like having a season long cold and i can hardly keep my head up. if anything has worked for anyone....i would be so very grateful. thanks.

PS: I know the radiators/heaters make winter allergies worst. I dont have carpeting/pets/smokers in the house. i live in an apartment so there is nothing i can do about the radiator but i keep a water bowl above it so that there is sufficient moisture in the air. but nothing has worked.

I suffer from emotionally unstable personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, severe depression and agoraphobia. I am also wheelchair bound and feel like life is not worth living. I self harm and take overdoses on impulse especially when I have flash-backs. I have been housed in a small village miles from my friends and I don't see anyone from one day to the next, I don't know what to do with myself, has anyone got any ideas? or is someone in a similar situation and wants someone to chat to? I feel like I am wasting away and there is noone to notice. Can anyone help?

a lot of my friends say you grow more when you're sick with a cold or something. This makes sense because i was sick for 2-3 days and skipped school, then when i came back, all my friends say i grew. I checked.. and sure enough, i grew 3 inches. I was wondering if there was anything scientific about this? maybe its just because of the extra sleep you get when you have a cold?

Ok, I bought some stacker 3 to help aid in appetite suppression. I thnk you are supposed to take it after meals, but I am severely restricting with my diet, not going over 500 calories in a day. I usually eat one big salad mid-day. it says take one after each meal, up to 3 times per day. But if I am only eating one meal a day, how often do I take them? One when I wake up and then one after my salad? I have lost 40 pounds in the last 2 months, I need to keep going, I am hoping these pills will help with energy and appetite suppression!

My new year's resolution is finally to cure myself of backpain that i received about 5 years ago skateboarding. I have gone to physiotherapy and chiro and they don't help. Yoga is alright but not the full solution. What can I do to fix it. I'm a regular surfer and it helps when I'm in the water but early in the morning I'm really stiff in my lower back.
