I have had unprotect sex with at least 11 people. None of them know and I am thinking of having a big dinner to tell them all at once. Is this a good idea.

If you are looking for a way to commit suicide, this is a great idea. No one is going to want to find out they could have possibly contracted HIV at a dinner party. Get involved with your local AIDS/HIV not-profit organization. Most cities have them now. Talk to a counselor about this and the best way to go about it. I would definitely recommend having a third party mediator or counselor around when telling anyone news like this.

This does not seem to be realistic. Did you know you were infected when you were with those people. Because If you were the courts will have your head. This is a serious punishment for people like you. However, If you did not know at the time, your promiscuity proceeds you. I think if you want to end it at once do so. But I think you should approach each as an individual. Do you realize that they may also have had unprotected sex. The virus may because of you have infected hundreds of other people.

OK, Well trying to be understanding to this. I have a friend who's wife has aids. she got it from unprotected sex PRIOR to marring my friend. Only after their wedding and their first child did she know she had it. I hope that this is similar to your case, and if so then you DO need to tell them. I'm not sure if telling them ALL at once is right because some yes will react differently. With what your about to DROP in their laps, do they really need to face OTHER ppl in the process at that very moment. I think maybe you should rethink you course of action.
It is a good thing that you tell them, as I pat you on your back.

I would call them each individually and ask them if they can meet with you. If they don't want to meet with you, then you should tell them immediately whatever way possible so that they don't infect anyone else if they have it.
If caught early as well, HIV can be controlled if the person has it. You will also feel better to let those people know that you contracted it.

If you knew you had HIV before having sex with these people, chances are you committed a crime. Yes, not informing those you have sex with of your known HIV status is illegal in several states. (Don't know about other countries.)
Yes, you should tell them as many people who have HIV don't even know it until it's far, far too late....

The HIV antibody test is not very specific. There are about 70 conditions other than alleged HIV antibodies which can cause false positive.

I absolutely think that it is a good idea. I admire your courage, integrity and your honesty. You are doing it because you know in your heart that it is the right thing to do. Good for you! I'm sure that if other people who were infected with this devestating disease would just be as kind and honest as you are then it would save a lot of lives. I wish you all the best.

I can not believe you were this stupid. How would you like to be invited to a dinner.... Make social chit chat, then say " Oh, please for give me, but, I have a very infectous disease..... UMMMM, you need to get your self tested for the HIV virus"
You need to seek professional help, why would you do this?

did you know you was infected before having sex with them? you really need to tell them but if you knew your gonna go to jail thats just like attempted murder on 11 ppl hope you fry but if you didnt know then i take that back
