I get around 3-5 if i have to get up...and i go to bed late..but normally i get 8-9 to ten hours of sleep one day i even slept 16 hours..i need my sleep to function especially if i stay up a day i sure do make up for it

I get 6 -7 hrs a night. But 8 hours is ideal and good for your health

I don't. I work at night and make an attempt to sleep in the daytime. That is, if banks would be open at night, or the bug guy, or the cable guy, or my kids school, or my friends/neighbors who insist on calling me in the daytime "because I'm home". I can't just turn off the phone, because in the event that my kids school calls, I have to be available.

Almost 6 hours. I study till 2:00 am and wake up at 8:00 am.

It all depends if I am in college or not, if I am going to church or if I am going on a road trip. All between 6-10 hours.
