I am a perinnial allergy sufferer which means i suffer from allergies all year long. but it gets exceptionally severe in winter and no medicine can make it better. i've tried shots, tylenol allergy meds, claritan, zertec, nyquil, dayquil and too many others to name. i'm so miserable that i want to stab myself in the face. its like having a season long cold and i can hardly keep my head up. if anything has worked for anyone....i would be so very grateful. thanks.

PS: I know the radiators/heaters make winter allergies worst. I dont have carpeting/pets/smokers in the house. i live in an apartment so there is nothing i can do about the radiator but i keep a water bowl above it so that there is sufficient moisture in the air. but nothing has worked.

My daughter has the same thing. She covers her mouth when she goes outside in the cold to work.
Make sure that the air doesn't get too dry in the winter as it dries the nasal passages and makes you sick.

Have you tried Flonase?
Do you get rid of the dust in your house regularly? Get behind the tv, vcr, and computer next time you are dusting.(use a wet cloth to get the dust off, and don't just knock the dust into the air.)
