Homeopathic treatment to help gaining height for teenagers these will only help in your growing years(Teenage) not after it : -

1.BACILLINUM 200 2.BARYTA CARB 200
Three drops each in a sip of water just once a week.
Follow it up with these Tissue Salts: -
1.CALC PHOS 6X
2.NAT MUR 6X
3.SILICEA 6X
Four tablets each all together 3 times a day half hour before meals on an empty stomach. After finishing the whole bottles of these salts (30 Days).
If you feel that they are not making a positive difference just raise the potency of these three salts and get them in 30 instead of 6X and keep taking them till they start showing positive results. Avoid Chocolates,Coffe, mints and Red Meat while taking Homeopathic Remedies.

Stretch everyday, take calcium for stronger bones...and if you can't get what you want from these, you can have surgery to makes yourself tall. Very painful, cost a fortune but it sure works.

Well, short of crucifixion or surgery, you can always add a three-inch heel onto the bottom of your boots.

Prince was short. He wore really high heels. You might be able to get away with it. Appolonia, Sheila E. and Sheana Easton all slept with him. I suspect he bedded Madonna, too.

if ur height is acceptable to ur partner, u need not worry. search for someone who'll accept u.

It states that you should take skimmed milk instead of full-cream milk, coz they say, more skim, means more calcium... Oh, and sleep early.. that's good too..

Add more protein rich food(pulses) in ur diet.
