I suffer from emotionally unstable personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, severe depression and agoraphobia. I am also wheelchair bound and feel like life is not worth living. I self harm and take overdoses on impulse especially when I have flash-backs. I have been housed in a small village miles from my friends and I don't see anyone from one day to the next, I don't know what to do with myself, has anyone got any ideas? or is someone in a similar situation and wants someone to chat to? I feel like I am wasting away and there is noone to notice. Can anyone help?

I am really sorry you feel this way. Previous answerer's have given you a lot of ideas and that is great. I think you need to devote your life to changing your circumstances right now. In my area (a big city on the South coast) there is loads to do! And plenty of opportunities to meet people. I really think you should get rehoused. This is going to take a lot of work, but it is possible. Contact everyone you can think of and keep phoning until they point you in hate right direction. Start saving money for the move. Put everything you have got into it. Meanwhile, use the contacts obtained from this site. Good luck, and you CAN do it.

I know this is a very difficult situation for you to be in, if you try and search for forums on a google search this should bring you up to date with groups and possibly many other poeple in your local area with the same problem!
this really is somjething that can be resolved very easily!

gee . im sorry ya so down . i suffer from panic atacks so i cant go out alone , so i no that side , im also a suiside risk ,well i was im ok now ish ,, still get depressed but i try 2 cope 4 my kids lifes hard i know , please try to talk to yr gp or some other form ov help .. or group .. chin up xxxxxxxxxxxx

The best thing to do is either speak to your doctor and ask for a referral to a counselling service, or contact MIND who are a counselling organisation.
You could also try contacting The Samaritans - they could really help.
