I tend to sleep too long if allowed the change and whenever I have to wake up early I have to make up for it later in the day with a nap. How can I reduce the number of hours I sleep and still feel well?

My son had bad diarrhea a couple days ago but wasnt acting sick at all. It wasnt from a new food either and I didnt change his diet. Is this something that is going around? Anyone have an illness like this?

i just found out that i have two rare deseases that has been with me all my life but has became bothersom in the last two year's i have had surgery on the problem with my brain and i found out i have no purturitary glad i'am on growth hormons and 20 different med's a day i'am 35 i also have thyroid problem my joints ache all the time and i have really bad headaches the doctor's say i should not work bump my heard, or get stress out, are do no pushing at all i want to work but my eye site is bad and i hurt too much do you think i would be a good canidate for disability?

Well my girlfriend wanted me to shave around my genitals I got my new eletric shaver(160$ so it a bad one) although I only did above because I was scared id hurt my penis, now I have around 15-20 red bumps I searched it up and it said its likely that pus will come and I really dont like the sound of that, is this gaurenteed to happen?

I've been on an Atkin's diet twice in the last 5 years, both with success, but I cannot stay on the diet or keep the weight off when I stop the diet. Has anyone stayed on it for a year? or kept the weight off for a year after stopping the diet. Thanks

i dont get sick a lot every year. just sometimes. my symptoms are that im cold when its really hot outside, i feel lazy when i lay down and it takes a while for me to get up, i have a high temperature, my back hurts from shivering when its really hot. do i have a fever or what?

The cyst is so painful I can't hardly walk if I haven't been on it for 20 or 30 minutes. Is it normal not to havea better cure? It takes a lot to get me into a Dr's office. I have a high threshold for pain. I can't beleive there isn't a faster way to cure this.

I'm 19, 5'4'', and I weigh about 135, I've been eating healthy and working out everyday. Although I'd love to be thinner so I'd look better, sometime I wonder why the hell I'm doing this. Cuz i don't think I'm fat, you know? But whenever I see those girls on TV, or those super skinny girls aroud campus, it's like : Oh God, I wanna be like that! However unrealistic that might be. Why am I like that? It would be so much easier for me, if I could be more single-minded. Like, either I'm fat, or not fat. But instead of that, I'm like swinging between the two everyday. I hate myself...

Theirs this guy in my gym class and i think he may be bulimic because everytime at lunch he asks if he can go to the bathroom or sometimes he asks if he can go to his locker.... im not 100% sure but i have my suspicions. He's not even fat!!! And i kinda have a crush on him so i can't just walk up to him and say "hi are you bulimic"? He will totally hate me!!!

What do i do??????????
