go on a 1,500 calorie a day diet and do at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise daily. avoid sugars and fattening foods. plus, be more active. instead of lounging in front of the tv or computer, go for as walk, clean your house, and get yourself moving.
i would also suggest working out with weights. doing so helps your body burn more calories and tones your muscles. you might not lose weight, but you will lose fat. and that's more important.

light on the junk.
combine cardio and toning.
