Bright red is fresh blood. Dark stools can be a sign of older dried blood. Get offline and get to the Doctor. Don't mess with your health even if you're a little low on money right now for the Dr. Just remember you only live once so don't take any chances!

I SEE YOU OTHER QUESTION IS "WHY CAN'T I EAT POTATO CHIPS BECAUSE IT HURTS?"

IF THIS blood question is a joke than don't worry about your AZZ. Just kiss mine!

Join the club! I cannot work right now because of these horrific debilitating disease! I spent half a month in hospital with Colitis- some kind of virus or genetically inherited rotten gene that effects many younger people between the ages of 20 to 30 years or more older that's non-contageous. You may first mistake it for diarrhoea or something, until it gets so severe that you almost faint from loss of blood and fever from other infections- like colds! Unfortunately, it's becoming more common in young people! It sometimes makes you feel so tired that you cannot even work or concentrate on the things that you enjoy doing. There's also Crohn's Disease which does the same thing too- Colitis is in the lower intestine, while Crones Disease is in the upper intestine. It's not fully known what triggers these diseases so you have to monitor and record what you eat and cut out anything where you notice blood the next day. Sever cases are treated with Corticosteroids like Prednizone. After it's under control, you can go on what is called 5-ASA medication for Colitis and Remicade for Crohn's Disease. Once the medication is under way and your doctor helps you get it under control, there is a possibility that it can still outbreak in the future and you could get cancer or require surgery to fix it!
It's a real bummer!
