neosporin, and let it air out, I was carrying a piece of lasagna into the livingroom last year, and it fell off the plate onto my leg, my PJ's were burning into my skin, and I had to hurry and get them off and let the lasagna fall all over the couch and floor, it left a big scar, everyone thought it was hilarious.

I know this is going to sound very strange but after putting your burn under cold water, put a thick layer of toothpaste over the burn do not wash off. I have used this myself when i burnt myself with an iron and it really worked better then anything for me. hope it works!

Honestly, I'd do nothing.

If you deal with the pain, it will eventually go away.

If you ice/cool it, you are going to have to deal with the pain longer because your body is ignoring it instead of accepting it.

Aloe Vera only works when its from the actual plant. That **** in a bottle is crap. Aloe Vera oxidizes within minutes of being cut open so anything in a bottle is like 98% worthless.

Vanilla extract will take the sting out, so will Tylenol. Use neosporin after you lessen the pain to try and minimize scarring.. I burned myself last year with hot grease on the back of my wrist, the burn turned purple and blistered (bad burn) No noticeable scarring when it healed!
