Between your thumb and index finger, high up where the bones meet, there is a nerve plexus which when pressed relieves headaches. That is NOT a reflexology point, but an acupressure/acupuncture point.
In reflexology, you would massage the thumbs and/or big toes which contain all the head reflexes.

you can massage your temples and neck for quick headache cure. For feet, try immersing your feet in a bucket of hot water for 15 minutes. This will increase blood flow to the feet and at the same time constricts blood vessel in the head, reducing blood flow and hence reduce pain.

I know there is a spot on your hand between the thunb and forefinger that you are suppossed to press when you have a headache. here is a site for you that might help

i do believe that there is one in the webbing between your thumb and index finger.
