My son had bad diarrhea a couple days ago but wasnt acting sick at all. It wasnt from a new food either and I didnt change his diet. Is this something that is going around? Anyone have an illness like this?

If it continues after several weeks he might be intolerant to certain foods. Some people have a Gluten condition.......see Celiac or Sprue, or Chrones (spelling may not be correct there). Both can cause on going diarrhea. Many doctors don't always discover this for awhile. I hope it is just a brief virus.
Since he wasn't acting sick, it makes me think it could be some food or ingredient. One culprit is wheat or a by product of wheat with a different name.

he could have just had a bad combination of food or maybe snuck some junk food or something. Sometimes our stomachs act up for no reason. Just make sure he doesnt have any other symptoms

there are lots of viruses goign around right now i just took my son to the dr. just keep and eye on it if it get worse get him checked out.
