If you eat enough of anything you'll gain weight. You shouldn't however eat a bunch of one thing. You should have some variety to give you all the different nutrients.

Heres some ideas: Drink whole milk and have an extra bowl of cereal and some fruit or toast for breakfast. Eat more then one sandwhich for lunch and have a side or two. Eat extra portions of food at dinner. Good luck and stay healthy!

Depends on if you wanna gain fat weight or muscle weight. Muscle weighs more than fat, if you're just going for poundage no matter how u get it. Eat lots of protein and work out a lot. Eggs, chicken, fish, beans, MILK!!! Getting fat off fat is easy. Just buy lots of all butter pound cake, cakes in generals, sugars and carbs help a little. Try to eat within relatively healthy bounds. Drink plenty of water so your body can properly metabolise the food. If your gonna go for the muscle thing, remember to stretch b4 u do a work out. Do 50 minutes a week AT LEAST and remember to get plenty of sleep and bathe...

cake, donuts, cake donuts, 'tato chips, and microwave popcorn (extra butter kind)... of course that will just make you fat..

If you want to gain healthy weight then eat balanced meals with plenty of fruits, proteins, veggies, and good carbs. Oh yeah and don't forget the calcium. Protein is the big one there... The amino acids will help you build muscle which will tone your body and help you gain weight all at the same time.. since muscle weighs more than fat.

If you're underweight and trying to put on a few pounds (which I'm assuming) go with healthy carbohydrates. Potatoes (with butter), Pastas (with butter and cheese), Breads (again with butter or peanut butter). Try not to fall into the "junk foods" habit, those are empty calories that go on as fat but your body gets nothing good out of them at all. If you go with natural starches (like I listed) at least your body is getting nutrition and things it needs while you gain weight. That's an added bonus, right?

I was able to gain alot of weight by adding pop-tarts to my regular diet. If you are thin you can't just gain weight by eating candy bars and stuff. Eat regular meals and add snacks. Mangos, orange juice and Turkish delight candies are helpful too.
