i think im sick... am i sick?

Question

i dont get sick a lot every year. just sometimes. my symptoms are that im cold when its really hot outside, i feel lazy when i lay down and it takes a while for me to get up, i have a high temperature, my back hurts from shivering when its really hot. do i have a fever or what?

I can't tell you if you are sick or not, but if you don't want to go to the doctor, you could always check out sites like Web Md. They may be helpful. If you start feeling any worse, go to the hospital emergency room.

check your thermostat and adjust the thermostat to you're comfort level. get at least 6-8 hours of sleep, turn the temperature down a little while you take a shower, lower you're heated seats in the car.

If i was you i would go and see a doctor to make sure all is OK, you can never be to careful when it comes to your health, Its a lot better to know whats going on than not to know and get yourself depressed about it.

im not sure listen to your body and you will know. I am on the ongoing battle with lyme disease which I had for a year untreated until just recently. get a thorough bloodtest if you think it is a disease. if you think it is a mild issue than wait it out or get it checked with a doctor. if it lasts more than a week definately seek medical help and if you conitnue to have a high fever it is most likely a virus or possibly the flu. put that also into consideration. well anyway best of health to you and I've been to the bottom as far as health wise so if you need anything just send me an email.
