Yesterday I was playing football when my left pinkie collided with someone's shoulder. Immediately, I felt this throbbing pain that took an hour to go away. My finger swelled up quickly, and by the end of the night, all but the tip was and still is a purplish color. I cannot bend the finger fully, cannot make a fist, cannot straighten it completely out, it hurts a lot and is extremely swollen(despite me putting ice on it). I haven't had it looked at by a doctor yet. Does this sound like a fracture or a sprain? Is it worth getting it checked out by a doctor?

or how ever you spell it. ok well my mom and dad are thinking about getting my tonsells removed and i was wondering a few things. one , what are tonsells for anyways? two, does getting them removed hurt like really bad or just a little or what? three, when taking them out do they put you to sleep or just numb you? four, can tonsells make you sick? five, can tonsells give you a sore throat . six, can getting your tonsells removed make your voice some differently? and seven is to tell me whatever else you think i should know!!!!!

In gym, we were just walking around and, I've never really noticed it but, my friend said I walk weird and I was wondering what she was talking about and she said I walk toe-heel instead of heel-toe. everyone walks heel-toe but for some reason I walk toe-heel and I never felt anything wrong with it. I've tried to get out of my habit but I just can't. Some people even say my heel doesn't even barely touch the ground... Is there something wrong with me?

Ok here a few weeks ago I had sex for the frist time> after a few hours that same night I went t do something a I had this like vain near the head of my penis that hurt. I have a loose molar and it's hurting right now. I've gone through root canals and crowns to "save" this tooth, but at this point, it is beyond repair. I wouldn't mind losing the tooth, but it hurts like hell when I try to jiggle it. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions on jarring the tooth loose? I don't mind the pain, assuming it will guarantee tooth extraction success.

Okay. I have a tiny little problem that most teenage girls and I'm sure boys, go through. Some days I look in the mirror and love what I see, however I'll straight away compare myself to anyone and get miserable. It's mainly the face when I do this.

Another thing....you know when guys start to get hair around their belly button and eventually for some, all over their belly? Well I have that problem. Not severely, but enough to make me self concious. NOT A GOOD THING! I really hate the hair because it's yuk, no guy will be attracted to this body, and it doesn't feel nice like a smooth belly would. What can I do? I've recently (in the past year) accepted my body size, shape and all that because I realised that there is nothing wrong with it. However the hair is. I also have very little hair on my back, bum, thighs, chest and a little on the breasts. I think it's noticeable because I am fair with dark hair. Any ideas how to get rid of it all or feel better about myself? Please?!?

My situation...I'm a single mom of a baby; her dad is out of the picture and doesn't pay child support; His family also doesn't care about her;
I'm an only child; very poor body image; suffering from depression/emotional problems; brink of losing my sanity;
my mom is controlling, overbearing etc; she's divorced; don't see my dad much; don't know my other relatives cause they live very far away and they're not in my life; I have really bogus "friends";

Rejected/ignored/teased/disrespected... by many, many people since I was a teen.

An acquaintance once told me "sucks to be you". Am I a loser? What can I do NOT to feel this way?
