i think you need to get to a gyno and have a preg test

You may be pregnant. Take a test ASAP. Have you recently had a baby? The only way these glands could secret milk is from these possibilities. Take a test as soon as possible.

Yes, overstimulation of the nipples can be the cause.
However, some tumors or hormone imbalances could also cause this. See your doctor for a couple of blood tests just to be sure.

Well actually your breast is not milking..its actually a liquid which is rich in glucose only...its quite natural to have girls who is in puberty stages...Let your bf enjoy..nothing bad or wrong in it...
