after an extensive search, i found my missing jump rope.
i plan on using it when i wake up in the morning before i eat.
so here are my questions:
how long should i jump rope for?
is this an efficient aerobic exercise plan?
also, do you have any tips on actually jumping rope? i'm afraid that if i'm not good at it, i'll give up.
combined with cutting calories and non-water drinks, how long do you think it will be before i see results?
also, i will be doing gym class in p.e., including running, kickboxing, etc.
and occasionally yoga at home.
