Sounds like your weight is good but WW is also for people who want to maintain a certain weight. They will determine your size and age and if you want to stay that weight, they will give you a certain amount of points for you to use.

no I don't think you should. But you should ask yourself are you happy the way you are? the way you look? how your clothes fit? As long as you have energy and your blood pressure. cholesterol, and everything else is in order, then you're fine.129.5 is nothing more than numbers on a scale, its all on how you feel and how you see yourself as a person.

No. Your BMI is only 20.2. Normal is 18.5-24.9. Just make sure you eat a balanced diet and get enough exercise-recommended is 30 minutes 5x/week.

dear god no, they wouldn't even take you. for 5'7" the normal weight is 135 lbs- normal. you're skinny.
