Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

well what do u weigh? cuz seriously 14? little too young but neways best way I think eat
breakfast-healthy nonfatning food (no donuts!!)
lunch-light foods again
dinner-small increments of food, eat tons of fruit during dinner, and if ur still hungry eat a 'dessert' that's less than 200 calories...and under no circumstances snack on fat foods throughout the day otherwise...u won't lose weight at all

You aren't supposed to, unless your grossly over weight!
And if you are, then your not going to lose it in just one month.
At 14 your bound to be a little heavy, but you will lose it naturally as you get older. For now, just exercise more and stay away from "fast foods" etc.

you can't and you shouldn't. the best thing is to just eat right and healthy. your body isn't fully developed yet and it is still growing. it might be unwise for you to try and do anything. just watch what you eat and then when you hit 17 18 or so then it will be a better time for you to try. the best thing is to walk or jog alot. i run cross country and it helps me lose what i need to lose and keep what i need to keep.

Well first, you should check out your BMI (body mass index) to see if your at a healthy range. If your over weight, then you should change your diet around a bit, and exsersise. If your at a healthy weight, then I suggest you tone your body out.

Cardiovascular exercises are good. Go jogging or something.

You should also consume almost NO SATURATED FAT daily. At most, maybe 50% of what they recommend.

Carbs should also be limited if you don't need the energy to exercise.
