not exactly an allergy, maybe food sensitivity, these two taken together make me feel like my breasts or chest area, and waistline is swollen, it is really a miserable feeling. Also when I eat too much of these things it makes me crazy...well not actually crazy.

So i lived in FL all my life and smoked weed for about 4 years almost everyday. I quit smoking for about 2 monthes or so and moved out to SC. Once i moved i tryed smoking there and i was fine the first month but then all the sudden ide smoke and eveytime i got very uncomfortable i was self consious i thought eveyone was talking about me and when i knew someone was looking at me or talking to me ide shake and just get very twitchy and misplaced. I kept on smoking diff times diff weed diff amounts and eveytime the same thing would happen it wasnt my old relaxed high where eveything was chill. So i smoke less and put myself in diff situations but the same thing keeps happening.
bout 9 monthes later we move to CO and here my effects are horrible ive smoked regs & kryp & diff amts & eveytime i get sick i will just fall asleep around the toilet & its like when i try to get up & walk it off after i puke i just feel lost and more sick.
And i get the nervous social effects to, why is this????

I have a rash - similiar to heat rash, that Moves! My entire body itches. I have gone to dermotoligist and have tried styeriods and other oral meds and 3 different prescribled creams. Nothing helps. The rash is now over my entire trunk of body. I dont know what to do anymore. I have switched to Aveeno products and scent/dye free tide. I am eating noting new. HELP

If I want to lose weight should I be concentrating more on eating foods with a very low fat content or fewer calories?

The only way I can comfortable sleep is with my arm tucked underneath my pillow. But lately it's been cutting off the circulation in my arms and it wakes me up. I just turn over and start it all over again with the other arm. I can barely get to sleep without my arm under my pillow and even if I do once I am asleep I just put it right back there. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the lack of circulation in my arms while I sleep? Thank you!
