It could be IBS - irritable bowel syndrome, which can be influenced by what you eat. If you have been having this for a while, I know you're miserable, so my advice to you is what is my advice to anyone seeking medical advice on "answers" ---------
Go See Your Doctor.
This is something that can be controlled for the most part, but, left undiagnosed/untreated could lead to some serious problems.

Are u eating like u should? How long has it been since u had an adequate sized bowel movement? This is something u need to take to ur dr.

The reason you should see your doctor about this is that it is often the symptom of a treatable condition.

Colitis is name of the disease. Ur intestines are infected and hence the problem.


Eat sensibly and avoid all fried foods.
