You could try imodium, it might help but your symptoms could be signs of a problem that warrants treatment.
I'd recommend a visit to a gastrointerologist - let them check you so you will know for sure what the problem is.

limit the types of foods you are eating at work maybe this will help slow your bowels down until you make it home to do the number two
