Sperm forms only small part of the fluid ejaculated,Thre is no record what is the maximum quantity of ejaculation.It depoends on the size of testicles,size of penis/man and pressure exerted.Medical books say the quantum may be from 2 cc to 10 cc only.Even a small ejaculation will satisfy sexually.

Despite there is no pubblic record about such phenomenon, I can affirm that the greatest amount of sperm ejaculated is a reality and I know it well. Then I saw around some other guy with great capacity but not as much as the first one.....
