not exactly an allergy, maybe food sensitivity, these two taken together make me feel like my breasts or chest area, and waistline is swollen, it is really a miserable feeling. Also when I eat too much of these things it makes me crazy...well not actually crazy.

You sound just like me and I was finally diagnosed as having celiac disease...which is an allergy to all wheat items (soy oil almost always has wheat). Have your dr. test you for celiac disease. It's just a simple blood test. The way you fix your symptoms is by changing your diet to a gluten free diet which means no wheat, rye, barley or oats. It's actually very simple because there are a lot of new flours out there that you can cook with now. A lot of specialty companies also sell tons of wheat free food that is premade now, and you can also find a lot in health food stores all over the world. There are also support groups all over too, which are a lot of fun to go to!
