The only way I can comfortable sleep is with my arm tucked underneath my pillow. But lately it's been cutting off the circulation in my arms and it wakes me up. I just turn over and start it all over again with the other arm. I can barely get to sleep without my arm under my pillow and even if I do once I am asleep I just put it right back there. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the lack of circulation in my arms while I sleep? Thank you!

simple.. do not lie on your right hand..... lie on your left because even your arm is under your body.... the blood will still circulate.......or if everyday you are sufferin this..... better go to the doctor for check up....... or probably you dont have enough salt in your body...

Improve ur circulation in general by taking brisk walks and light exercises. It will give u better circulation while asleep also. After all, u r facing this problem only in the recent past where ur sleeping postures have not undegone change.

this is common. mutually as you toss and swap subconsciously for the period of sleep, you may end-up able the place you sleep on one in all your hands, and the blood flow gets decrease off due on your physique's weight on that arm and the stress this is inflicting. Your physique notices something incorrect, and it wakes you up. You, then, flow such that your weight and tension is off the arm, and blood can start to bypass with the aid of returned. this happens to me each and all the time.
