are you a guy?..oops I thought you were a girl..
anyways.. boys have glands in the chest area just like girls do.. and due to surging hormones during puberty, they can also swell..
Also if you have noticed in the past 40years or so with the onset of fast foods, especially hamburgers, boys develop "man boobs"... I read where this is due to all the hormones cattle farmers inject into their beef to make it produce more meat. The hormones are therefore eaten unknown by the consumer and it stays in our bodies and messes up our systems when puberty hits.... If you look at old photos in the past, when boys got fat, they just got fat,, nowadays when boys gain weight, they get boobs.. weird huh?... We need to talk to our senators, and government officials to ban hormones in our meat.. This will be another downfall of the fast food generation

I had the same exact problem at the same age as you! Dont worry that will go away by the time your 16/17. It did with me.
I am 18 now, and I don't have this problem anymore.

If your really concerned, see your doctor to ease your mind.

You need to see a doctor to evaluate this and treat it. You also need to tell your parents about this.
