If you don't get tested you might find out, testing is the hard part. Once you find out that you are positive you have some difficult decisions to make as in how are you going to pay for the unbelievably expensive drug cocktails yo are going to need to stay alive for as long as possible. Getting HIV isn't a complete execution order its just a limited stay on the planet but hey I already have one why should anyone else be different. nobody knows when their tickets been punched i certainly don't I try to live every day like its my last because it very well could be. Just don't get all sad a depressed and waste a couple of months feeling sorry for yourself because you will never get that healthy time back. Aids weakens your immune system so that anything can kill you but the drug cocktails no a days are so good you can go at least 15 years or more with them. Good luck either way

You may not know at first that you have the virus or the disease, but at some point you will and then it may be too late.
Most victims of both realize that they have it and will take measures to combat it, but there are always those who ignore it or will not believe that they do and these poor souls will die or suffer because of their ignorance.

are you serious? i guess if your in serious denial and dont have a health care plan you could die of the disease and never know that you have it, but most people would be in pain and suffering and very sick and say hey could something be wrong with me? maybe i should see a doctor

Yes, if you are never tested but in most countries where people who are deathly ill end up at the hospital, they usually figure it out.

Even if Africa where many people fear being tested and don't go to the hospital to die, their family members still usually figure it out.

No.

If you don't know you have the virus, it can't kill you... I mean, it's like if a bus was heading straight for you... If you don't see it... it won't hit you. It all has to do with telepathy and physics.
