Sugar if you drink it sweetened. However most tea is actually good for you. Dentists recommend biting on wet teabags after having teeth removed to sooth the socket & promote healing.

none are bad. If you made strong black tea frequently it might stain your teeth

Some teas contain tanic acid; usually found in acorns, it also upsets your stomach.
