Call A.A. it's listed in your phone book. You may need to be detoxed 1st, they can lead you in the right direction. Don't try it alone especially if you have been using alot, DT's can be fatal. One Day at a time, God Bless.

Contact your State Psychological Association for a referral to a rehab or a psychological hospital with an alcolhol detox program. Once you have detoxed, then start going to meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous. Get to the meetings early, stay late, and seek a "sponsor" (a recovering alcoholic who has been clean for more than a year). They will help you recover.

Good luck and "keep coming back"

Check into a rehabilitation center for drug and alcohol addiction, then join AA (Alcoholics Anonymous)...numbers can be found in your telephone directory or by calling 411. You have taken the first step by admitting there's a problem...don't stop now. Get the help you need and seek. Good Luck and Godspeed

i'd call your nearest hospital and see if they can recommend a rehab center.......(but, god forbid, they all want $$$$$) or look in the phone book ....... you should be able to find somewhere to go....... i wouldn't start with AA, you need to go thru detox first.........right......and i'd want to be under medical care when going thru something like that...........good luck to you (maybe someone at the AA meetings can recommend a center)
