I knew that your balls and stuff were supposed to grow hair - but on the shaft of the penis?
Is that normal?

I'm not a guy, but yes, that is normal. Some men have hair that grows up to about halfway up the shaft. Some men will have a stray hair sprout up near the head of the penis, too. It's nothing to worry about. If you don't like the hair there, simply pluck it out or shave it. Don't worry, there is nothing wrong with your penis. It's simply how your genes have programmed the hair to grow.

well I assume every man is different and the amount of body hair from man to man is different, possibly some men could grow hairs out a bit onto the shaft, but I don't think there should be "naturally" occurring hairs out on the end..

hair at the BASE of the penile shaft is quite common. right close to the pubic bush. yeah it's normal. Even hairs further up on the shaft are common. You can shave them. I shave mine.

so i asked my sisters boyfriend it that fluctuate into regular and he suggested no, that he doesnt enhance hair on his penis. i think of you're able to completely tell your mom or in case your the right age to make your man or woman docter appointment just to be certain your ok. solid luck :)

I have never seen a hairy penis....LOL..I would never want to either... That has to suck, try to shave it off maybe that might help.
