no its not true. it can happen but doesnt always. its because the hymen, which is the tissue covering the vagina is broken. on another note- if you dont already know this answer you are too young and should learn a little more about sex before you try it

If you are a girl and your hymen is not broken it can cause a very tiny bit of bleeding and spotting. Usually girls hymens are broken through other things such as tampon use or other physical strain earlier.
