I'm having trouble getting myself motivated to loose this weight that that Dr. said I needed to loose.

I'm at a loss for ideas on how to get going again. There isn't the fire, or even a spark, that was there before when I lost 50 pounds in the 1980's. Unfortunately, I failed to keep it off when I left a highly active job of being a nursing assistant in a nursing home, to being a preschool teacher.

I have smoked for years, but recently have cut it down to just a couiple smokes a week. However, during the last few years I really exagerated and smoked a lot. I feel like I'm often and easily out of breath and I wonder if i have done perminent damage to my lungs. So i'm wondering if my lungs will recoupe if I quite completely. Help I am only 21 and I am loosing hair, I think I am getting bald? My oldest son knows that he has herpes -
He came to me asking if his 4th outbreak (ongoing for 2 months, now) can this time, include the symptoms that I've listed?

As I have no personal experience with this STD; the best I can advise him is to see an MD. . .

Well as most parts of your body grows as you age, it's only natural that your lips grow too. BUT, mine got kind of big.. It was pretty thin as a child up until I was 13, then it inflated into a moderately plump set of lips.

I'm almost 17 now, will the structure change in the future? My parent's lips aren't really big.. or maybe they look thin now because they're old. Either way, anyone a lip-buff here? Shed some light please?
