OK, try WHITE toothpaste. the brand doesnt matter, just make sur eit is good old fashioned white toothpaste. nothing with mint stripes or gel or anything fancy.
put a big glob on your pimple - completely cover it so you cant see it at all. let it do its work. if you can stay home today & keep it on for hours, put it on at night, etc. just keep doing it. it might sting a little. check every hour to make sure you aren't having a bad reaction & that it isn't getting too irritated. it will either bring your pimple to a head so you can pop it, or completely dry out the area, and then you'll just have a little redness/minor irritation.
good luck!!
btw- i used to get those al the time on my chin & they'd stay for months. prescription benzaclyn eradicated the problem.!!

just wash over it with any facial care you can find up to 3 or 4 times a day. any more than that any you can dry out your face too much.
if you want it to come out and not just supress it, take a little wash cloth, soak it in hot water, enough that you can still hold onto it though, then put it on the ungrown pimple. when the towel dries or cools, soak it again. the constant heat coaxes the pimple and all the dirt to rise from the lower levels of the skin. when it is 'ripe' (for lack of a better term) take care of it (pop it, whatever...) then clean the left over gunk out and soak the 'hole' thouroughly with rubbing alcohol and coat the 'hole' with you face washing cleanser.

Have it checked it may be a small cyst and not a pimple. In the mean time try hot compresses if its a pimple this will bring it to a head.

Try holding a HOT (hot as you can stand it) washrag on it for a few minutes. Repeat. The hot water should draw the infectious fluid to the skin's surface to form a head that is poppable. Then, after you pop it, use tinted clearasil on it to draw the rest of the infection out.

You could try a spot blemish/acne treatment. I don't know if you have this brand over there, but Biotherm has a very good blemish cream that zaps my zits really quick - a big one can be done with in less than 2 days.

You can put a small cut on it and then put hydrogen peroxide on it and it will clear up. If you don't want that you can just cover it up
