Are they black heads or pores? Black heads are raised lesions and pores are flat areas that have an oily secretion in them, most people call pores, blackheads. you could use all sorts of things

there is a black head remover, it is basically a peice of metal with a small hole on it. you put the hole over the black head area and push down as hard as you can then drag away from the area in any direction (still applying pressure)

there is duct tape. apply a small peice over the blackhead and let it sit for a little bit. wait approximately 10 minutes until you pull it off. sometimes this works sometimes it doesn't. it depends on how many layers of skin are above the head. it is preferable that you do this when you aren't expecting company or when there is noone around to comment on how tacky it looks.

there are facial masks. it is a gel like substance that you smear all over your face, let it dry, then pull off.

try one of these or several ov them together, they might work.

You should wash it with any cleaning cream you want. You don't have to get a $50 mail order thing. Just get into the habit of washing your face with it every night before you go to bed and pretty soon you're face will clear up . Once in a while if you want to pamper yourself you can get a facial. Some only cost about $30
